- Medical & Emergency Information: Allergies, medical conditions, medications, medical sharing preferences, and emergency contacts (both on-site and off-site) that you voluntarily provide during profile setup.
- Event Registration Data: Arrival and departure plans, gear and vehicle information (type, name, dimensions), group invitations, and registration status.
- Usage Data: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, time on site, browser type, and referring URLs. This data is collected via cookies and does not personally identify you.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Camp Operations: To manage camp membership, approve accounts, and coordinate camp activities.
- Event Registration: To process your event registrations, manage group invitations, and track gear/space allocation.
- Emergency Preparedness: To make your medical information and emergency contacts available to designated individuals in case of an emergency, according to your sharing preferences.
